Growing Wild Mushrooms: A Complete Guide to Cultivating Edible and Hallucinogenic Mushrooms by Robert Charles Harris (Ronin Publishing Inc. 1978) (635.8+/-). Here's a complete guide to indoor mushroom cultivation. This provides information about sterile culture and tissue culture as well. This book will do everything except line up tickets to the Dead concert for ya! My rating: 7/10, finished 4/2/15.
