Ben, I think you truly found your calling. I saw you on tiktok a few months ago, and your videos have really helped my healing process. This book is an excellent read and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I don't usually like the 'self help' genre. It always feels the same and so monotonous. Something really drew this book to me. I follow Ben's 'Trauma Corner' account on TikTok and Instagram and always feel very connected to the messages he puts out there and can relate to the childhood trauma responses he discusses in most of his content.

Ben is from Wales and is a father of two and husband who adores his little family beyond anything else in the world.

I'm a random follower from Australia without any personal connection so this review is deeply honest.

When I bought this book, it all felt like very divine timing after a really low point in my life. I honestly feel like a new person after reading it. Like something that was laying dormant has awoken and I can see clearer.

The discussions around time, the Law of Attraction and being genuinely present was mind blowing. It all seems like things you would already know, but then he goes deeper and really helped me to understand the depths of those comments that, from the outside, can seem like toxic positivity. He breaks the barrier and gives the 'why' which flicked a switch in my brain to get past the negative feelings and I feel I have been shown how to navigate 'stuckness'.

I have instantly recommended this book to a friend who I know it will help and resonate with.

I feel like if you read this book, it has come to you for a very good reason with remarkable timing.

A really special read. If you're reading this review, I think it's meant for you.

Thank you, Ben, for opening my eyes. You have changed my life and I know you will do the same for many others.

I’ve been a follower of Ben on Insta for a while now, because his reals on his childhood trauma and how he’s been able to cope and move forward have really been a positive resource. When I found out he was a published author I knew I had to purchase one of his books and I’m so glad I did. This book has really made me question what it is that I want in life and how can I get myself there as well as manifesting it. Very down to earth and written from a realistic experience.
