The Devotions of Launcelot Andrews is not a book to be read from cover to cover, but rather to be used daily in aid of one's own devotions. I have been using it in that way and find the Kindle format awkward. I can see myself reading this for many years to come. I'm on the lookout for an affordable paper copy. It has been a fine addition to my Lenten reading.

For those who read and like to read devotional material, this is a good book for you to read. If you do not like devotional material it is a good book to skip. I enjoyed reading it but at times it was a little slow. Interesting but not the kind of devotional material you see much of now.
