She is a Precog, who has the ability to dream what will happen in the future, and this motivates her to make sure one special dream comes true... the dream in which she is wearing blue leggings and a tunic top, and is helped by a kind man who canes her. In real life, she finds the kind man, who takes good care of her and adopts her as his daughter. He canes her, just like he did in her dream, because she so desperately wants him to. To Cissy's surprise and delight, her new father needs her as she is able to help him with his work as a Fixer, saving the world from future destruction.
