A Tool for Everyone

After reading this book, I am convinced that we all have compulsions that are hindering us from enjoying life, such as overachieving, perfectionism, etc. I appreciate the author’s discussion on picking core values and awareness of not being too focused on the end goal that we forget about the small goals that are equally rewarding. Also, the importance of finding a supportive environment that will keep you accountable is important.
