My name is Alessia, and I write about sex. Sometimes it's pretty sex. Sometimes it's... not. I write about sex because I'm sick of preachy people using it to control others by turning it into something shameful. Sex is a crucible. It's a prayer, a celebration, an affirmation, and a motivation.

Here's the obligatory 3rd person promo bio:
Take one part Appalachian redneck, one part aging wet dream, and one part filthy-minded wordsmith. Mix well and serve with chocolate-covered cherries. There you have the one and only Alessia Brio. Alessia writes all colors and flavors of erotica, from heterosexual to ménage to same sex, and from twisted to humorous to deeply touching. Her work has earned her critical acclaim in the form of an EPIC eBook Award for Best Erotica (fine flickering hungers), two EPIC eBook Awards for Best Erotica Anthology (Coming Together: Against the Odds & Coming Together: Into the Light), two Next Generation Indie Book Awards for Best Erotica (Coming Together: For the Cure & Squeeze Play with Will Belegon), and a Romantic Times Top Pick (Coming Together: For the Cure) in addition to a plethora of glowing online reviews.
The reader is witness to a clandestine meeting between two women. Darkly and mysteriously one manipulates the other leaving the reader breathless in anticipation of what to comes next and then….NOTHING! The author wasn’t only manipulating the woman in her story but also the readers of her book. Her same sex ménage brings her readers to the edge and like a game of grab, takes it away and leaves only an unfulfilling memory of what might have been. I felt cheated. This could have been so good and fell flat as a pancake. Reputed to be a romance and a story (although admittedly short) it didn’t match up to expectation. I have read other works by this author that have positively surprised me but this doesn’t even come close. In all fairness even the greatest ball players can’t score big all the time.
I loved this story but it was way to short and left me wanting to read so much more. Great details.
She is looking for a mistress and she finds one in a magazine. She writes a letter and the mistress writes back with her phone number. When she calls all the fun begins, as least she hopes.
In Listen to Me two women are alone, one dominating the other. Hot and sexy encounter just started and ends in midair... It had great potential but isn't finished! Alessia Brio could continue with the story and have a good or even great short story, as it is now, it is a good beginning.
