Simon Askey is Deputy Director and Head of the Undergraduate Laws Programme within the University of London's International Programme, UK. He is currently a Visiting Lecturer in the Law of Torts at both Hong Kong University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China.

A must read for every freshman law student. For other students Chapter 9 Written English and Chapter 10 Answering Essay Questions provide very good advice on sharpening essay skills.
