A quick read, this book can best be described as a “best of” of all of Barnes’ previous books. Though some tiny tidbits were new, most of the book contains advice she’s shared before and in more detail in, for example, “More Hours In My Day”.
I actually ended up skimming this book as I didn't see anything that was new to me. I also didn't think it was very helpful. I would not recommend this one.
