Francis Boscoe has been writing song lyrics with a "delicate touch and dry sense of humor" that "combine the introspective with the topical" since the 1990s in the bands Wimp Factor 14, Vehicle Flips, the Gazetteers, and the Ekphrastics. Here, for the first time, he puts down his guitar and lets the words function on their own. This specially-priced chapbook features twenty poems (twenty-one, counting the poem on the back cover called Back Cover) inspired by substitute teaching, lost keys, Little Free Libraries, Pokémon Go, and learning to ski.
