2.5. Pretty sure this book was a gift from Erin about 10 years ago. Lots of weird photographs accompanied this kind of boring story. It was also a very old and dusty book that made me feel a little itchy. Gonna share in the free book box.

I read The Mods when I was 12- 13. Borrowed from my Brit neighbors's library. It was refreshing. Young working class adults dealing with vocational school or work. In the center of the novel was fotos: posed with bikes, scooters and mod fashions of the period. The story is abit Westside Story w/ opposing gangs, including a knife fight (between leaders- heroine brother and suitor; over his ex. now her bro's girl) .
