This was my very first instructional piano book. As an eight year old eager to learn the instrument, I found the introductory lessons easy to follow and the beginner exercises quite adequate. It did help that I had an A-class music teacher as well. This book providers a solid foundation for budding pianists to develop their musicianship, dexterity, and is an excellent introduction to music theory.
