Me and Mrs. Jones

Rate this book
Renee Jones needed a new artist for her galley Divine Design and the gorgeous and very talented Travis Cole was just the man she was looking for. He would without a doubt help her business become the hottest attraction in Wicker Valley.

However, she never expected to become attracted to Travis Cole. But his rock hard body and killer smile are a hard combination for her to deny or resist.

Painter Travis Cole literally stopped in his tracks the second he spotted Renee in his favorite café. All he could think about is finding out all of her secret fantasies and making them come true.

He knows Renee might try to hold back from him at first, since she stressed a 'business only' relationship with him, but Travis didn't doubt for a second he had the right touch to make her change her mind about him and their future.

It has been years since she divorced her ex-husband; but, Renee Jones still has not found the nerve to jump back into another relationship with any man. She is very content with dedicating all of her time making her art gallery a success. That is until she meets the very gifted artist Travis Cole. Instantly attracted to Travis; Renee knows that nothing good could come out of mixing business with pleasure. And, if that is not enough to contend with, Travis is thirteen years her junior.

Travis Cole knows a good thing when he sees it and Renee Jones is the perfect woman for him. Now, all he needs to do is to convince her of that fact. No matter how many obstacles Renee tries to throw up as roadblocks, such as their age difference or maintaining a business relationship only, Travis is up for the challenge. But, when a crazed, delusional person from Renee’s past is determined to destroy everything that she holds dear to her heart, will Travis be able to keep his woman out of harm’s way before it is too late?

Okay, I will admit it – I love the title of this book, Me and Mrs. Jones. As soon as I saw it, the oldie soul song by Billy Paul popped into my head. “Me and Mrs. Jones, we got a thing going on. We both know that it’s wrong. But it’s much too strong to let it cool down now”. The last line undoubtedly holds true for both Renee and Travis because love and desire refuses to be denied for either of them. Neither age difference nor a demented fellow from the past could keep this couple apart. Travis is such a compassionate man and he stole my heart right along with Renee. The romance between Renee and Travis is both sweet and scorching hot. Marie Rochelle’s, Me and Mrs. Jones is one tale not to be missed!
