This was definitely written from a traditional Jewish perspective and not Messianic Jewish. But this is apparently one of the more well known books on how Gentiles should live according to the leaders of Israel. So from that perspective, it was great! If more people were even aware that this topic was relevant, then this book would be famous.

Did a good job at what it was supposed to do. Was not very comprehensive and I will likely read another book on the topic which is why I gave 4 stars. It was strong particularly in the theft and court commandments, but other than that it was largely information the general public is already familiar with. The key takeaways from me are: Rape counts as theft and is therefore a crime, wars of land conquest are also forbidden as theft, physically striking someone is considered theft as well, a society that fails to establish a court system according to the noahide laws is liable for punishment from an outside society that has established the courts, someone who does not follow the noahide laws cannot be a witness, offering animal sacrifice symbolizes the destruction of man’s animal nature, and sacrifice was seen as taming the urge for idolatry. If you can internalize those then reading the rest of the book is not necessary.
