Another textbook required for one of my classes. I actually enjoyed a lot of the essays in this collection, it was very useful for class and most of them were very interesting.
*I did not read the whole book* However, the essays I did read were really good and insightful. They were all from different periods of time which is interesting in terms of the changes to the idea of philosophy and aesthetics. If you're interested in philosophy and the way it impacts our lives, or if you're interested in how film and aesthetics impact us definitely give this a read. Read for a uni course but highly recommend (get it second hand though because its very expensive)
