That's why I had never picked this up from local library although had been about to several times. I couldn't imagine the point for reading this after Robbie. Well, now I thought I'd give it a shot as a something light read on a vacation. The book has it's moments but if you have a chance to watch Cracker episodes with R.C. please do so. Can't imagine though - and it kinda bugs me - how I would have pictured Fitz if I would have read this first and seen Fitz on the screen. Fitz IS Robbie Coltrane (bless the man).
3/3.5 stars. I don’t necessarily love the writing style, it took me a really long time to get into it but I pushed through. Predictable ending for me personally, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to a friend but for a thrifted book it was worth the read.
