Better than some of the more recent “self-help” “Mind-hacking” books out there (hacks alright... like Jim Kwik). This is up there with Foer and the classic by Lorayne.

I still can’t get into mind mapping but his chapter on it is a good distillation of Buzan’s guide.

The speed reading chapter is a bit weak

Good book, with a tone of various methods for every situation to help recall and remember information.

For any of his methods to work, you have to put it into daily practice.

Devoured this book. Easy to read. Easy to understand. Formats and diagrams are poignant. Action exercises were nice, too. What you put get in this book, is what you put in it.
