This book took 55 days to read 260 pages so you can tell it was not a page turner. The writing style was interesting. The book had lots of examples of succeeding through partnering with others. It had stories from successful people and how they were successful as a result of partnering. Jonathan Tisch is the CEO of Lowe’s Hotels. I wanted to read his book because I stayed in the Lowe's in Nashville and was very impressed with their service, cleanness and hospitality. The most interesting parts for me was the interviews in the book and the discussion on NYC’ s hospitality response to 9-11-2001. The interviews were throughout the book and I would usually quit reading after each. The 9-11 discussion was near the end of the book. Tisch and Weber use a conversational tone throughout the book. The Tisch tips at the end were interesting. The Lowe's organization now owns or managed the Mayflower Hotel in DC.
