It's a breathless expose of the now-history of international toxic waste dumping through the 1980s. I didn't check the facts in the footnotes, but I do trust Bill Moyers to get it right, even if they do use some inflammatory language. As a historical document it's very useful to read. The way government policies and greed work hand in hand to pollute our world is a bit sickening, figuratively and literally. I'm going seek out more recent work on toxic dumping now.
