Uses programmed learning techniques for the most common mind/ mental problems, eg, memory, problem solving, concentration & observation, worry and anxiety.
If you're not familiar with PL, a short, one or two sentence lesson is given, for you to recall, with key words missing.
Works, but is a difficult book to skim through or summarise.
