Rate this book
An heiress with an abandoned estate on a remote, northwest island and a rugged man from the Ozarks - adventure at its best!

Breaking from her pattern of poor choices, Carli's fresh start begins with

outweigh the risk?

Ethan Durham hadn't planned on losing his heart to the girl in

love, she may never accept his. And if he can't put an end to the
attempts on her life, he may lose far more than his heart . . .

This contemporary inspirational promises to touch hearts and help readers who were raised without a father understand their heavenly one.

Fun book to read. I actually saw a statue of this in Florida and when I saw this cover was intrigued. This a mystery, romance all in one. The story follows a woman who does not feel worthy of anyone's love. After her mother passes circumstances find her looking for a father she has not met. This is where the story get good! Would recommend this book to all readers.

I loved this book! Often times I and other young women question ourselves about where to find love. I love how GOD was mentioned a lot in this book. It helped me throughout each part of the book! Since I live here in Washington, I’m glad that books like these are out! We used to think that Nothing really happens here . To have God like books about love❤️ 💗 really makes it more interesting living here!!!!!

I want to start by congratulating Tittel on a much better book than the first in this series. I was brutal in my first review, and I believe deservedly so. However, the editing in this story is a much better quality (there are still a few glaring errors, but fewer, for sure!). I enjoyed the story line, and because the editing did not provide a significant distraction, I was able to enjoy the author's writing style and enter into the characters' lives in a much more satisfying way. This book about Carli coming into an inheritance and a stranger helping her to resolve her issues, both with God and with her inheritance, was beautiful. I'm looking forward to reading the third book in the series! Glad I gave Tittel another chance.

Grab a cup of tea, find a cozy chair and hold on!

I didn't know what to expect when I started reading this book. I soon found that I couldn't put it down! I had to see what would happen next. This is a book full of the message of God's great love and HIS merciful forgiveness! It's also full of romance and mystery! There is some great action that holds you to this book...even in the wee hours when sleep should prevail! I LOVED this book!

Historical!

Some people do have bad examples of unconditional love like God gives! We're made to feel like dirt and worthless individuals. That's really sad. Family should defend and protect, not cowtow to felons and become felon's themselves. We all need better examples of Christ, instead of the devil. Keep writing Regina, your priceless! Bought with a price! Highly recommend!

Enjoyable book.

Although there were some "errors" throughout the book, they weren't too distracting as they were ones that a proofreader should have corrected. I did enjoy Carli and Ethan's story, I couldn't put it down until I finished the book.

A Great Read.

This was a really fun read that I could hardly put down. The connection between the two main characters is so much like the one between me and my wife. God is good. All the time. Thanks!
