pemimpin yg perlu dicontoh karena dia mengambil keputusan yg kadang di pertentangkan oleh kebanyakan orang. tetapi dia tau visinya. dia melepaskan usaha yg tidak menjadikan perusahaan menjadi nomer satu maupun nomer dua di dunia. dia juga membuang kariawan yg tidak berprestasi. tetapi dengan biaya tunjangan dan pemberitahuan 6 bulan sebelumnya. walaupun dia sering disebut "neutron" maupun chrypton. dia pandai dalam hal menangani isu2 yg berkembang.
