This is a complete reprint of Judo (Jujutsu), the last book published by Kano Jigoro, the founder of Judo, which was originally published in 1937. This book is an excellent introduction to the world of Judo. It details Kano's development of his martial art, as well as some of the rules and regulations of the Kodokan system before World War II. Judo (Jujutsu) also features over 60 clear and very rare photographs of Kano Jigoro demonstrating Judo techniques including several rare photographs of women's training among others for a total of 71 photographs.
