I'm a retired 46-year-old Puerto Rican wife and mother of 3 plus 1 bonus daughter. Originally from NYC, now living a quiet life in the south suburbs of Chicago. I enjoy reading and writing romance and erotic fiction. I'm addicted to coffee, sci-fi, and all things Marvel.

I was a teen mom with a whole world of statistics against me. Every time I was told I couldn't do something, I did it, took pictures, and smiled with my son on my hip for everyone who ever doubted me.

Now, after finding the love of my life in my thirties, we married in the great 2020 pandemic, which shall not be named. We have a house full of teenagers who don't need mommy anymore, and the hubs is a traveling ER nurse, SO I have found myself with a lot of downtime.

After years of having this story taking space in my head, I decided to share it with the world. Gotta say, this writing gig is HARD. But with some time and grace, I'll get it right.

I've absolutely LOVED this whole series HARD, which makes D. Williams an author that I don't need to read the blurb to know I need to read the book. It's such a good thing that I don't because honestly, I believe love is love but I've not read any F/F romance since it's not my preference since most the females I've ever dealt with until I was up there in age spent a lot of time being deceitful, drama queens, & just all around difficult to deal with. I know, that doesn't seem like a good reason but that's just where I am. Anyway, I said all of that to make the point that there's nothing this author cannot write that I won't love, and frankly, I LOVED how this series was wrapped up with Genevieve & Miya's journey. And since it's the concluding chapter of the MorningStar MC, that's all I'm going to say about that! So yeah, I can say with complete assurance, EVERYONE NEEDS D. Williams' books in their lives! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wasn’t sure I would enjoy a F/F romance - this was my first. Love is love tho, and in the end that is all that matters. Miya and Genevieve deserved their happy ending, and I am thankful it wasn’t with much pain. We need to respect and accept love. I enjoyed Anton’s end - and I’m not normally blood thirsty, but man, did that make me happy!

I love Morningstar MC and fell in love with them all. I can’t believe this part of the story is over.

I’ve been in love with this series since book 1! Watching each story unfold has brought new love and new drama. Closing out with Karma & Judge was absolute perfection. And that epilogue…I 👏🏻 CANNOT 👏🏻 WAIT 👏🏻.

I'm not even sure where to start. This was a great book, Although I did get confused at times with the back and forth names in this one, it was still 5 stars and worth the read. Genevieve and Miya have a great relationship and it took them awhile to admit it to others, but they finally did.
For a new author D. Williams really did a great job on all 12 books.

I’m so glad we finally got Judge and Karma’s story!! They were steady characters throughout the series and it was great to finally find out their back stories and what made them the awesome women they are. As well as finally put together all the craziness that the club dealt with since the first book. Abel was great once again and definitely kept up the humor throughout the book. I was so happy that we got to see where all the characters we loved ended up with some sneak peaks at the future. I loved this series and the stories and can’t wait to see what D. Williams comes up with next!!.

What a ride! This series has been nothing short of amazing. Genevieve has always intrigued me and this book reminds me why. She is amazing under pressure and will fight to the end for those she loves. Anton didn't really understand what he was up against! Genevieve and Myia are amazing together! I am so glad that they get their happy ever after. They truly deserve it and more! It is bittersweet that this is the end but...THAT ENDING!!! I can't wait for what D Williams has in store for us.

I am so excited for the next chapter!

What a well-written and exciting end to this series! It has definitely been a rollercoaster over the past 11 books in the series and this was no different, there were twists, secrets, violence, steam, and plenty of MC drama to unpack and I was totally there for it!

This instalment followed Judge and Karma who I thought were two of the most intriguing characters from the series, and their story did not disappoint. It was beautiful seeing these two get out of their own way... eventually! They are both so feisty, strong, mysterious, loyal and stubborn (to a fault) but their love for each other and the club is so beautiful. It was also so nice to see all the other characters throughout the series come out in this one, and it excites me for a potential second-generation series. Bring it on D, that epilogue was such a teaser!

If you are after love, heartbreak, engaging plots, secrets, drama, passion, and violence then look no further than the Morning Star MC Series. Also, shout out for D releasing 12 books in 12 months, that deserves some kind of medal! #killingit

And here I go again.
D. Williams is on fire and this series is getting better by the book.
Trust me.
Her writing is so good, intense, and hot as freaking hell and you'll love it.
I must be honest, when I started to read this series, I thought to myself that it was going to be another MC book, similar to the ones that I've read but I was so wrong.
This series will make you feel things and see things in a way that will leave you breathless.
Do you know the MorningStar series? Guys, you need to.
Genevieve is the 12th book from this series and I was a bit skeptical about reading it...I'll tell you more further into the review.
This book explores the lives of Genevieve and Miya.
As you know, MorningStar MC has dealt with a lot of problems through the previous books.
They had problems along the way and now they have more.
In comes these two.
Genevieve is a badass. The fact that being a woman doesn't mean that she's a defenseless woman, on the contrary.
She's feisty and a bit mysterious.
Miya is a strong woman as well and loyal to a fault.
These two have a lot in common and you will get all the answers you were looking for an answer.
When this book ended, I was super sad.
Sad because this series was over and I wanted more.
I had my doubts about the entire thing because I don't read F/F, but I must say that I was surprised.
I did not see that coming.
Great plot, well written, and super engaging.
You'll find all sorts of things, from suffering to pain, from desire to frustration, from drama to madness.
It's all in there and so much more.
I must confess that I was a bit frustrated because these two took so long to admit their feelings for each other...
Stubborn much?
They worked perfectly with each other and you can feel the love they shared for each other and for their MC family.
It was awesome to have news from the other members of this MC and I'm sad that it's over.
Overall, it was another fantastic book, another amazing series that I'm going to miss.
Great book D. Williams. You nailed it again. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Humor, Spicy and Thrilling– MorningStar MC

I had the pleasure to read D. Williams, MorningStar MC series. This is my first experience reading about motorcycle clubs (MC). And D. Williams did not disappoint. She offers a glossary of slang associated with the MC and that is very helpful to people new to this world. She also provides the hierarchy of the MorningStar MC along with who is who. This allowed me to follow the characters with the club names while I started into this series.

The series follows each of the main club members and how they found their partners or what they call “old lady” or “old man”. Their stories are captivating, spicy and will pull at your heartstrings. The love these characters show for each other is what any reader would want for themselves.
Each book has romance, spice, thrill and even terror. Oh did I say spice…… The love stories are mixed with everything you could hope for from age gap, MMF, BDSM, and goes on. The spice is there and I love it’s not a slow burn relationship. She gives you what you are seeking and some! You see the love each member has for their MC family and their loyalty that is earned. You become engrossed into their world and you can’t stop. You get your fill and when the book ends, you jump right to the next one.

Genevieve is MorningStar MC’s lawyer. Her father’s transgressions have come to haunt them all and has plans to ruin the nation. She tried to run and hide but the trouble follows. The love of her life tried to run from her family and became the tattoo artist for the club. Now they need to claim who they are supposed to be and right the wrongs of their families.

D. Williams doesn’t stop here with this series. Oh no! She continues the stories in her spin off, MorningStar MC – Reno Chapter. It’s not complete yet, but she does not disappoint with this series either. It’s just as good as the original MorningStar MC and I can’t wait to see that to completion either!

Thank you D. Williams for bringing the world to life and allowing me to get lost for a little while and come out smiling, crying, laughing and more!

Mind blown....

The final book in the series I couldn't wait for, but also so sad to see this series end. It was that good, a series I will highly recommend to all of my book loving friends. The romance, sex, suspense, mc family/ties are absolutely on point and the series was written so well, that each and every book I couldn't put down.

Genevieve is the MC's attorney and member known as Judge. We see her throughout the book getting the club and its members out of legal trouble, bailing them out of jail and recommending what is best to keep them out of trouble, legally that is. Now it maybe her turn to need some major legal help and bailed out of jail. She is also the daughter of the Admiral Clarence Davenport that has close ties to the club. As well as her older half brother Anton Blair, who was never recognized by their father the Admiral. She is in love with the Club's tattoo artist and valuable member Miya aka Karma. But their relationship is kept a secret, not a very good secret, but still a secret. Because both of them are very private and feel that the way they where raised and who thier fathers are it will not be accepted, even if their relationships with their fathers are strained.

As we have scean in the past books in the series Anton is the cause of most if the problems the MC has been facing, even if he is not a member,  he has somehow been tied to each member and to each one of the crazy problems they have been facing. One of the biggest problems is Anton sells women and children, and the MC wants to take down this, especially with the horrible past that happened revolving around human trafficking. Anton also has major daddy issues, because his father the Admiral has never acknowledge him as his son. It has turned him to a psycho path, and he wants revenge on Genevieve, the acknowledged child and his father the Admiral. He also is doing horable things in secret because he thinks he can keep his private and public life separate, and wonderful enough that he will have a chance at not only running for President but winning.

There are so many things that come to light, so many twists and tuns and so many suprises in this book that if I start to go into them it will reveal way too much. But it is mind blowing, how all the peices fall into place.

I highly recommend getting your hands on this book and taking one last journey with the Morningstar MC and all the members....or is it the last journey or book?

Genevieve ends the MorningStar MC series with a bang up story! The club is finally about to end their enemy who also happens to be Genevieve's half-brother. This book has it all. Love, betrayal, jokes and hatred. Come and join in the exciting conclusion to this awesome series!

Miya, roadname Karma, is recovering from her injuries when Genevieve, aka Judge, needs her the most. The two women have been in love with each other for years even if they haven't made their relationship widely known in public. All their family within the MC support them even if Miya's strict Japanese father doesn't. Unfortunately for the two women and the MC, Anton, Genevieve's half-brother, has been trying to destroy them all in his bid to become the next POTUS. There is no way that they are going to let him get that much power and take his level of corruption to the White House. Join the women as they fight to prove they have a love strong enough to stand the test of time. There is nothing that will keep them apart.

What a thrilling ending for this generation of the MorningStar MC in Paradise, Nevada. I can't wait to see what is next!

The beginning of the book had me questioning- was it too good to be true? Could a 12-book series just not have EVERY book be amazing? But by chapter 4 I was hanging on for the long haul and staying up waiting to see what would happen till the very end! D had us waiting all 12 books for the FF spicy scenes and didn't disappoint.

I absolutely loved that while some of the story could be foreshadowed based off of the previous books (wouldn't recommend just jumping in at book 12) you get to see the Miya and Genevieve love story as just their own. This story stands on its own and is one of my top three within the series.

D Williams is one of my standout authors that I've started reading this year and I cannot wait to see what else she comes up with!.

Having read all of the other characters' books recently, it was easy to drop back into this world. I don't usually read F/F relationships, but these are important characters in this series, and knew I needed to know their story.

I received a free, unedited ARC of this, and my review is based on storyline.

After everything else this MC has handled, this fits in well. I was a bit frustrated when the story stalled a bit, and the way these characters felt hiding their connection was important. It was great to get another piece of the story. And how it went down with Anton? Good!!

This author has stated that revisions and edits are coming, and I look forward to reading these again when that work is completed.

Booksprout provided my ARC and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

Genevieve is the 12th and final story in the Morningstar MC series. Will Karma & Genny get their Happily Ever After?

Two young girls, disillusioned with their fathers, find each other and family with Satan and The Morningstar MC. When the sins of their fathers come home to roost with them, will they ever get to say all the things they thought they had time for?

Old enemies return and their family must band together to outwit, outmaneuver and out play the mastermind behind so much sorrow.

Genevieve features two female leads, and stars all our favourite characters in this masterful wrap up to a delightful series.

Do NOT read this if you haven't read the previous stories, these all flow from one book to the other, so this is starting where the last book left off (sorta). I will say this was the book that I wasn't too keen on reading, I'm more MM than FF (I don't like tacos). With this story, you have to read it as there is so much other drama, action, danger and what not going on, that you miss out on storyline if you don't. The parts with Judge and Karma are actually quite small so it wasn't an issue. I do believe this was the last book, before the second gen, I will say this tied everything up quite nicely and we even get a glimpse of the future, and I am super excited for that. I give this 4 stars.

Genevieve (Judge) & Karma

Arrested! The club Lawyer? Karma is badly wounded but isn't gonna let a couple of (deep) stab wounds keep her away from Judge when she's in trouble. Her attorney? He may have a degree but how experienced is he in the courtroom? Will other skills make up for the inexperience?

Answers, surprises, enemies named, justice prevailed (?), steam, secrets--family and more-- revealed, and loyally from the MC is stronger than ever.

The end of an amazing MC series unlike any other. (the author said she'd write more--a second-generation series? Maybe) I'm sorry to see it end but loved the book and series.

This is the twelfth and finale to this amazing series, and what a perfect conclusion this storyline is! Genevieve is fiercely loyal and protective to those that she loves, and she and Myia deserve their happily ever after. These two are wonderful together and is takes them forever to admit their feeling for each other to others. This is a well written story which has family, secrets, challenges, humor, intrigue, drama, emotions, loyalty, and love, which all had me on tenterhooks throughout. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

An interesting finale for this series, I have to say I was a bit hesitant as I read this, as F/F isn't a genre I typically read, but the further I got into the story, the more I embraced Genevieve and Miya and was rooting for them to get their HEA. I was quite happy with how things turned out for them, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows but man, I was cheering (on the inside) as everything came together for them. And goodness, that part dealing with Anton? Chef's kiss lol! I'm a bit sad this is the end of this series, and I'm already geared up and ready to go with whatever story D Williams blesses us with in the future.

I have loved this series all along and I wanted more of Karma and Judge's story and what a story this turned out to be. This was more than Karma and Judge's story it was all the members including the next generation. This book was simply incredible and the ending blew my mind!!!! I highly recommend this entire series and author, D. Williams will blow your mind.

Genevieve and Miya found out that life was too short and decided to make their commitment more public. Their private time was very hot and steamy. With the danger surrounding them, from Miya's father and Anton, the MC was there to support and protect them. I loved how they all came together at the end. This read had heat, sighs, heart racing, and a little humor to round it all out. A nice way to end the series.

I received a copy of this story through Enticing Journey Book Promotions, and this is my unsolicited review.

I absolutely loved this book! It was great finally getting Judge and Karma's story! I've always been curious about Karma's background since she's so closed off and it didn't disappoint! And we finally get closure on all the craziness going on with the club! Loved the Abel humor, he never disappoints. The ending was perfect! I'm so sad the series is over but that epilogue leaves it open for a spin off!!! Another great read from D. Williams!!!

I was so nervous to read this book, especially knowing it was going to be the end of a series. But within the first chapter I was hooked and I couldn't put it down till it had finished it. Not only was the book a page turner but the brief look into the future had me desperately wanting and hoping we will get a next generation series too. I cannot recommend this book and all the others in the series ❤.

We finally get Judge/Genevieve and Karma‘s story, and what a story it was!! This was a perfect conclusion to the storyline for these characters. I don’t normally read F/F but when it’s an author I just have to read🤷🏻‍♀️. Old enemies return to make their lives havoc. Will they be able to outwit them and stay ahead of them? I heard a hint that this author may be bringing the second generation and forming their own storyline, I can’t wait to see that happen!!

Love is love 💕
Had the pleasure to read most book in this series. We have cried, laughing and fall in love with the men and women in the morning star Mc. Genevieve and Miya story takes us to a place where love comes with a cost. Nothing is white or black but rainbow magic. They can’t accept their love with one another till they face heartache. One of the the great series I have read. Thank you my lady for the magic you share with us ..

When attorney Genevieve (Judge), finds herself on the wrong side of the law, it’s up to her MorningStar family to get her out out of trouble!

While Judge is fighting for her freedom, Karma realizes that she’s done fighting her feelings!

Genevieve is the final book in D Williams MorningStar MC series, full of suspense and romance it is the perfect way to go out, but I’m sad to see the series end! Best read in order, so grab them all!

Easy read, page turner, always so many characters in play that each have a special part to play.
Genny and Miya are good together and now that they are putting themselves forward once the entire Admiral Davenport "problem" solved.
Bringing the entire MC family in to put all the missing pieces together for this finale was a wonderful effect.
