⏰ Things around us are changing at an ungraspable speed. While some of the changes may prove to be irrevocable, many others are transitory fluctuations.
⏰ Underlying both sets of changes, however, are forces and directions of change that we believe are more definite.
⏰ This book aims to provide insights into what the future worker, the future workplace and the nature of work itself will look like in the post-pandemic paradigm.
⏰The key questions in the book are linked to the interactions of three strategic actors-individuals (both as consumers and producers), firms (as producers) and the government, through its expansive role.
⏰ While it's focus is on India yet it also considers and presents references globally. Throughout the book a variety of case studies, reference, thesis, figures, and policies have been taken in consideration in order to provide a valuable and insightful experience to the readers.
📌 "Work 3.0" is an exceptionally remarkable read which not only provides a through study material on the globalisation through the COVID times but also helps young individual to understand and comprehend the present world in a way through which they can sustain a fruitful career.
📌This is one of the very few titles that I personally recommend to everyone, though its written with a very beginner friendly approach, so it won't give you a hard time but it's a treat for all those who are intellectually curious and want to learn about the present times in a worthwhile way.
Welcome to the future of work and how work will actually function in the near future, what are the impacts that collectively make a difference in working techniques and I would say the author has actually tackled the core problems so wonderfully in this book, guess it's not just powerful but also very impactful and ultimately practical. The book covers every aspect of work and not just work but the one who would do it, the workers, the work place and how people can rely on these techniques to make it more better and productive in all aspects. The beauty of the book is, it is fairly sectional and makes it easy for a reader, it's researched so well and it is research based so yes it's completely realistic and easy! Definitely recommended.
