I got 1/3 of the way in--after watching the Michael Jordan documentary, I was looking for a book in which Dennis Rodman expounds on his relationship with gender. Rebound is about Dennis Rodman's early 20s.

I have now officially read all of D.R published books. This is by far my least favorite, which is surprising since this was the hardest book to find online. I really liked the first few chapters introducing the Rich Family. We are introduced to Byrne, a young kid who accidentally shoots and kills his Best friend in a hunting freak accident. I knew he lived with this Christian family while in college. But every chapter we were talking about how this family was loving but still insecure of him being black/ living in a racist Oklahoma town. i cant imagine the burden but it got repetitive pretty fast. I did enjoy the chapters of him balling out with the “Savages” his college team. But they ultimately came short of winning a championship.
Overall this was a decent look regarding Dennis college years but i think he has better books in his catalogue.

Excellent! I could relate to all of the characters and found every chapter very touching.
