What a great short story, The Machete. That is done and now the last part is a sample of the next book. Wow. Get this one, quick read, worth the time.

There is a lot of humour along with violence and vengeance in this short story. There’s also a nice twist at the end. Dani Amore has a twisted imagination, you may not want her as a babysitter, but as a writer of Noir she’s spot on.

I thought this short story was ok. Nothing quite to "write home about". In my opinion, it was actually kind of superficially written with an ubrupt ending. I have read much better short stories.
