Ik spring nog liever uit een vliegtuig dan nog één keer het vak logica voor filosofen te moeten volgen

I actually found this really interesting despite the technical jargon. Obviously this isn’t a life changing book but now I can better understand other books I want to read.

A very precise, brief and by far the shortest introduction to Formal Logic I have read. Very good.

Too much focus on natural (English) language. Natural languages suck, might confuse newbies.

One of the easiest to follow textbooks I’ve encountered thus far. Also the first textbook I’ve ever read from start to finish. 😎

I did not learn much at all past the early chapters of the book.

I don’t know what it is, but the method of explaining things used in most of this textbook is so mind numbingly boring that I could not focus.

I have struggled all semester with my Intro to Formal Logic course and I blame this book and my professor about equally.
