In the nicest way I can say this, this is the worst book I've ever come across on psychic abilities. It's disorganized and just a mess of random information. You can tell the author isn't a psychic herself and didn't know how to categorize things. I've done a ton of research in this field and this is a very surface level book. If you really want to learn psychic abilities check out Karen Fox's "The Pyschic Workbook" or this website >> intuitivenetwork.org
