I've had this book sitting on my shelf for over a decade, if I had to guess. I finally decided it was time to read it. 5 stars for doing exactly what the title suggests. The Sweetings are very readable, and the style of this book is conversational and informative. Even though it is targeted at an older audience, I wish I'd read this when I was much younger, and I would recommend it to younger Christians whole-heartedly.

Good reminder on the ultimate joy

Great reminder on Kingdom mindset on living towards the new heaven and new earth. Material established and achieved in life remains here in earth. Only the joy of loving, sharing and pleasing God carries us through to the new chapter after death in earth.
