english pop music, didn't know some of the bands/singers but plan on looking them up on youtube.
favourite review from newspaper reporter ken follett well before he became KEN FOLLETT name above the title author, "The Rolling Stones have a talent for survival. They've been a monster success for almost a decade. But I've an awful feeling it won't last much longer. With their new double album (Exile on Main Street) they seem to reached a dead end."
there are also a couple pages of reprinted front pages from the daily mirror (i'd love to have a whole book of these!) "careless spliffer, george michael's cannabis arrest", "does this lighting suit you mr jackson? - from michael's getting torched making a pepsi commercial and last "Thanks,Frank 'you gotta love living, baby..dying's a pain in the ass'" - can't imagine that headline on a u.s. newspaper.
