This is not a beginner's book. The author does not set the stage or provided definitions for the information he relays. I scanned this book for the most part. I found it overwhelming. After reading another NLP book by one of the co-creators I realized the approach the author took with this book is entirely unnecessary. This is the worst book I have read this year so far.

Neither the content nor presentation are worth it. Look for other sources.

General information about NLP as a field of study. No spiritual focus per se.
