Other relevant career positions: First Executive Director of the Cincinnati Citizen Complaint Authority 2002-2004 following the 2001 riots in the city. The CCA is a key element of the nationally renowned Collaborative Agreement between the City CPD and numerous minority and religious groups spawned by the shooting of numerous black males by police and subsequent riots. The CCA Collaborative model has been copied by DoJ & other urban cities. Directory, Nuclear Safeguards And Security at several National Nuclear Security Administration facilities.

As Executive Director at University of Tennessee National Forensic Academy (NFA) accepted the August Vollmer Award from the International Association of Chiefs of Police in 2007 for excellence in Forensic Crime Scene Investigator training at the Law enforcement Innovation Center, and NFA.
