So many ways to look into the past and future

I’d recommend this book to anyone who mediates or wants to learn from the past, present or future. There are so many ways to apply the exercises to your life. Thank you for each book you write as I learn so much. It’s really interesting to read what people say the world will be like in 50 years. It has you search within.

I found this self help book has interesting sections, but overall it was a bit too "new age / hippy" for me.
