YKY temiz bir araştırma örneğini şahane sunmuş. Ancak dikkatli ve özümsenerek okunmadığı sürece ağır ve fazla didaktik gözükecek türden. Da Vinci ile ilgili nokta atışı kanıtlara ihtiyacı olan ve ayrıntısına çok daha meraklı kişilerce okunması gerekiyor. "Neymiş, öğreneyim hele" diyerek elinize aldıysanız biraz ağır bir giriş yapacaksınız demektir.

Yine de Da Vinci'nin yaşamını ciddi anlamda ayrıntılı öğrenmek isteyen olursa, onlar için ideal diyebilirim.

Талантливый человек – талантлив во всём! Я не знаю, с кого началась эта пословица, но не удивлюсь, что именно с Леонардо.

В школьной программе детей обычно знакомят с ним в основном в связи с изобразительным искусством и лишь кратко рассказывают о других заслугах.

В книге «Леонардо да Винчи и его Вселенная» я получила наконец-то полноценную картину о его жизни, трудах и интересах, приправленную просто невероятными изображениями в идеальном качестве (я не просто так нахваливаю!).

Книга совсем малютка в отличии от многих артбуков и других книг о живописи, она даже легко поместится в женскую сумочку (не в клатч 😁).

Это тот редкий случай, когда я очень быстро прочитывала текст и максимум внимания уделяла картинкам. Отношения с искусством у меня, мягко говоря, натянутые, поэтому было очень удобно, что всё так детально, но не занудно, рассказано.

Не буду грузить вас фактами из книги, это уже за меня сделал автор Алессандро Веццози, искусствовед и основатель музея про да Винчи по Флоренции, куда я как раз в августе и планирую поехать.

Currently reading. Took a docent tour of the DIA last weekend as part of a fun day in the big city. Broused the gift shop and picked up this small encyclopedic or almanac-syle book that does a decent job of covering him biographically including his artistic and scientific endeavors. I love the close-ups of his artwork. Did not realize he was one of the earliest landscape artists. Amazed at the incredible realism and remarkable softness and beauty of the sculpture he either posed for or helped create while apprenticing in Verrochio's studio. More later...

Probabil cea mai bună enciclopedie din seria ei. Ne prezintă viaţa marelui pictor renascentist Da Vinci. Accentul este pus pe picturile sale, dar şi pe numeroasele invenţii practice, fantastice, profetice sau nefolosite niciodată. Pentru cei care vor să-şi îmbogăţească cunoştiinţele despre marele om al renaşterii, această mini-enciclopedie este probabil exact ce le trebuie. Informaţiile nu sunt de genul “cultură generală”, făcând aproape imposibilă situaţia în care să nu aflaţi ceva nou din enciclopedie.

Re- read this recently after finally getting to spend time in Florence. The first time of reading I was using it as a reference for some studies many years ago so had cherrypicked the info I needed. An enjoyable, informative book that gives a balanced view into his life and works.

¡Es una biografía bastante buena!

En este libro no ha ido al grano de la vida de Leonardo, pero lo más importante sí que ha tratado. Me encantó la ilustración del libro con todas las pinturas, maquetas, notas del diario etc... Es un libro muy bello y la calidad del papel también es de los mejores.

En fin, si ya saben mucho de los hechos de Leonardo, dudo que aporta mucho a sus conocimientos. No obstante, si no saben nada de su vida, el libro serviría perfectamente como una puerta de entrada.
