I absolutely loved this book. What I loved about it primarily was it was a very pointed vision of exactly what to do in creating advocates, building relationships, and expanding business. I was excited that it was a quicker read as to begin to put the steps to work. I would suggest this book to anyone and already have another friend reading it.
