We’re everywhere. From the snow of far-off Northern lands to the Blue of the mighty deep , Europe and Far East and reaching into space , uniformed women and military wives are found in them all. As much as military life can be a fabulous adventure, it can also be a place where uncertainty feels normal, fear lurks, and community appears impossible. We wrestle with questions Why does FAITH matter? What is my IDENTITY in Christ? What does faith-based COMMUNITY look like? How does God help in ADVERSITY ? What HABITS aid my spiritual growth? How does faith in God cultivate CONTENTMENT ? What is my God-given PURPOSE ? We pin down the answers, transition, and the wrestling match begins again. Thankfully, God gives hope. Through this seven-week study, we find the answers to these questions. But even more importantly, we learn how we can find these answers for ourselves over and over again. Eventually, we will head into the wild blue yonder once more experiencing fights through storms and winds . But count off the cadence loud and strong , friends, God walks with us both day and night , bringing hope and purpose to our soul. We will find the strength to thrive in military life.

I did this Bible study with Lackland PWOC in 2023 and it was wonderful! It is theologically sound, military focused, and written for women. LOVE IT!
