Do any of the authors in the "How to run your business better" genre ever use data to back up their advice? In short, this book says figure out good ways to communicate with your employees. Simple enough. Yet, we are given no statistical evidence of what communication styles (e.g. email, intranet, blog, face-to-face, etc...) work for different types of businesses (e.g. small, medium or large, non-profit, profit, etc...). Useless.
