A few good recipes. Also, she suggests no time outs, which is an awesome addition to the cacophony of parenting advice I hear every single time I'm trying to figure out how to parent. Now what?

Though she can be a bit overly new age - my favorite was when she included as one of her reasons for avoiding dairy the fact that "mothers of all species should unite" she does have some great advice. A lot of it is simple food advice similar to what you would find from a Pollan. Eat whole foods, avoid sugar, eat organic and local when possible. But she also touches on some recipes and cleaning ideas which would be helpful for families. Not bad overall.
