Tiara Investigations detectives Leigh, Tara and Victoria are former Georgia beauty queens, now middle-aged. When they're discovered at a murder scene and cannot provide a single clue, a police detective with a grudge against them sees the perfect opportunity to shut them down. To save their agency, they'll have to stay one step ahead of him, and to save themselves, two steps ahead of the killer. Then there's the matter of their own husbands knowing nothing about their new line of work. Hey, if the tiara fits ...

I found the ladies of Tiara Investigations difficult to distinguish. Although I laughed out loud at a few places, this light read is simply not my taste. It lost me when the ladies went shoe shopping in Nordstrom's as they were investigating a murder.
3 leading ladies are indistinguishable. Light girly murder mystery would have been fine but trying to make it more serious by adding military storyline just didn't work.
Thought this was a great start for a new detective agency series. Love the middle aged sleuths and enjoyed being brought into their lives. Hope their will be more.
