Angus Baird.

He's a lonely man. That's what i think. For each page, after i read it, the last conclusion that i'd made is the fact that indeed Angus is one lonely man and i felt sorry for him.

Salah satu sebab kenapa aku beli buku ini, pertama sebab cover yang simple tapi memang eye catching. Kedua, sebab Angus, aku minat gila kat band indie "Angus and Julia Stone."

Cerita yang banyak berkisah pasal perempuan, sex, mabuk and it goes on and on macam tu aje. Yang aku tahu dia ni pervert tahap giga lah. Memang hidup macam tak ada cita-cita.

Tapi still 3 stars sebab aku suka baca buku yang agak dark, sorrow, deceive dan segala benda negative yang boleh disenaraikan.

Read this years ago, but as I lay here alone on my bed, I stared at my favorite and to read shelves on my right side. Then I spot Angus. AB was a good writer, he wrote Angus just fine. But the fact that his writings overshadowed by Bukowski, I thought the sayings at the back cover of the book, was meant for him. Be a man, Angus. Chinaski is Chinaski though you both were so passionate about women.

I must say I ended up loving AB's pieces. And yes, I too wonder, do you ever get laid? (Angus?)

I admire his world, somehow his fantasy is quite similar to mine. It didn't take too much time for me to adopt the atmosphere, to understand his feelings, his sorrows, his grief, his loneliness. Kill me then.

it was a great book. it made me cry alone in the KTM. some will say only dirty-minded will read a book like this, but, they are totally wrong.
i think this is the best book i bought using Baucar Rakyat 1 Malaysia.
