Pretty nice advice on how to write business english. I especially liked the examples. However, there were a few parts of some general reminders of grammar, I simply feel were a little out of place, assuming business english is for people who already have a good grasp on the language and its basic notions.

The classic case of overpromising and underdelivering. This book promises to teach you the writing techniques for Business English, yet most of its content only answers WHY Business Writing is important and rarely touches on HOW to write it effectively. Worse yet, there is an entire chapter dedicated to basic grammar which is unnecessary. What I expected from the title were case studies, templates, examples, and writing analysis, but very few of them could be found in this book. Instead, all I got was a few general advice and a basic grammar course. This feels like an overpriced advertisement for the author's course. Do not waste your time reading this book.
