Lone Sword Against The Cold Sky is very well written and full of Kung Fu history, fighting principles and technical insight. Although the majority of the book is dedicated towards the insight and history of his own styles of Taiji Quan and Baqua, any true student will gain a deeper understanding of Kung Fu as taught and practiced by traditional Martial Arts Masters and practitioners. This book covers every aspect of training from empty hands through weapons and practice methods. Lone Sword I dare say is a must ready for any Kung Fu student who desires to increase their knowledge, technique and training methods, no matter what his or her style.
