Short and sweet, just the way I like my books. The book actually contains two short - the second shorter than the first - stories.

The first story, Loving or Nothing, was a sweet story of the former high school bad boy returning to his home town to prove he has not only changed, but deserves respect. The girl he had always secretly attracted to since high school, had the property he required to go forward with his big development project. Only problem, she did not want to sell, and, although attracted to him, she did not trust him, or any man. Can they overcome prior baggage and make a life together?

The second, very short, story was also about a girl previously done wrong, with trust issues.

Quick read. Written for the general market. PG13 for content.

It was a free kindle download, I read it in a day, I didn't know it was going to be so short. I wanted more character development of both main characters. It was too neat and repetitive- I didn't know the reasoning behind the characters' thoughts or actions at all- who was Daniel and his about-face on his development plan was out of nowhere. It was easier to see why Tami didn't want to give up her house, but her about-face during a rain storm was weird too. I know it is a romance story, but it was Jin of empty and trite. I like originality and character development.
