In the corp-state of Electromedia, no star shines brighter than that of Mark Leit, a young man destined to become possibly the greatest Psy-Comm of all time. But a tragedy from his past and a desire for redemption will cause Mark to abandon everything his life has stood for. In the eyes of Mark's partner and best friend, David (a Psy-Comm who is unquestioningly loyal to the corporation), it will be the ultimate act of betrayal.
I've been writing for a long time-- comics, games (like Destiny 2), books-- there's always *something.* But lately I've gotten into modern-day YA novels with the Alex Van Helsing series and now middle grade with the new Young Captain Nemo series.
I liked it, I want to keep reading this series, and I also liked the supernatural powers that the characters have, and how they utilize them in battle.
Elite Psy-Comm Mark Leit is now a fugitive on the run. He has turned his back on the life that once provided him with fame and privilege. He has left behind the corp-state he served, as well as his partner and friend, David Jerold. Electromedia Corp. wants this embarrassing incident controlled, but David just wants his friend back whether he is dead or alive.
So far my favourite OEL manga. At least the first volume. It's one hell of a turn-pager. Perfect sci-fi story from the postcatastrophic future world where people with ESP play in war games for the pleasure of the common people. Artwork is also top notch.
It was ok - the art is fine, and the story is an interesting idea, but there really wasn't much there to make me want more. Psychic commandos is a concept I probably would have dug when I was younger, but this book just didn't seem to have a lot of meat to it.
Kitap keyifli bir amerikan mangası. Çizimler, hikayet tıpkı bir manga gibi ama batılılar tarafından üretilmiş. Türkçe baskı için tek problem 3 ciltlik serinin sadece birinci cildinin basılmış olması.
