I read this book while subbing in a 2nd grade classroom, and fell in love with it. A boy meets a cantankerous leprechaun and shenanigans of all kinds follow. Such fun, yet reinforcing the premise that we need to be grateful for what we have. Still, nearing St. Pat's Day, this is a wonderful and fun adventure!
Why did I read this? I’m 33, not from the 60’s and not Irish. But what I am is a fucker who loves good art and this book has some good art. First pic snagged me cause it looks like a blonde ass Pete Wentz talking to a yellow brick road living shortstack.
Books a fun children story and my only complaints are not enough art. You give me a dilf and do so little with him.
"Stuck with Luck" is a in depth fantasy book. It is filled with magical and all different types of magical ideas. This is one of the main reasons this book should be for older elementary children. I believe it is important to for children to read books about things which make them imagine things but make sure that there are boundaries when it comes to things like that.
Highly recommended and borrowed from my nephew. It's his favorite book. Illustrations are nice and the story is fun. A young boy meets a cantankerous leprechaun homesick for Ireland. Hijinks ensue.
