I read this awhile ago because I grew up watching the smurfs. Reading it aloud today to my 4 year old had me cringing. I don't like how it portrays smurfs controlling the weather, something man cannot do. There was a lot of bickering and more problems than help from what Handy made. Don't recommend and won't be reading again.

Apparently my daughter's favorite weather is "snow." I wouldn't have known that if we didn't read this.

My daughter is obsessed with Smurfs & enjoyed this short book about sharing & accepting/appreciating different types of weather.
