In this book Dora and Diego team up and out of the five or six "Dora' books I've read to my 2 year old granddaughter we enjoyed this one the most out of them. The others were more like the tv show almost word for word so it wasn't so much a reading book, and would loose the listener if they didn't understand or whatever Dora was asking them to 'find' the child couldn't find. In this book it's written more as a story and not as an interactive book. But still has the fun adventours that Dora and Diego are known for. They have to find and gather all the things they need for a camping trip and have fun along the way helping their friends, too.

Review:

Dora and Diego Ready To Go story is good story that talks about what you might need on various trips. Children are familar with Dora and Diego and tend to like stories with them in it. The illutrations are engaging. I would use this story for a small group of children that are reading. It is a fairly easy and short book to read.

Learning Experience:

I would make a graph with the children based on what would they bring on a camping trip. Then we would discuss which item has the most and which item has the least. Were any amounts the same on the graph?
