Melanie Sawyer's intense affair with Luke Delaney was fuelled by an all-consuming desire. Both knew it couldn't last—she was a waitress, he was the son of a millionaire. Feeling out of her depth, Mel ended it—but was left with an enduring reminder of Luke….When Mel meets her ex again, he still has the X factor, and the red-hot passion between them reignites. As they spend time getting to know each other again—intimately—they realize the chemistry between them is too powerful to resist. But once Mel's secret comes out, will Luke be able to trust her?
I just couldn't get into this one: didn't really care if the couple got together. I kinda just wanted it all to end. The heroine, former party girl, is now a work-a-holic nurse.
There is so very much I did not LIKE about the heroine that it really ruined the read for me.
Melanie Sawyer and Luke Delaney had a past together. When they split up Mel was pregnant, then had a miscarriage and Luke had no idea. When they met up again, Mel had that secret and when they got involved sexually again, she had to tell Luke before he found out on his own.
The book was too similar to others I've read but I rated it as if I hadn't read the other ones.

Good read.No major issues same old secret baby plot, the story was okay but in the end the miracle pregnancy kind off spoiled it for me.I would have liked it much better if they would have adopted.
