Zig Ziglar’s motivational speech in this piece is excellent. The more I read and listen to by Ziglar, the more impressed I am with his message and his delivery. Ziglar preaches positivity. The audio version of this piece is by far the best way to absorb it’s message. It encompasses his passion for his work, education, and illustrates the techniques he employs with the benefit of hearing just how the strategy should be applied. This is not a must for salespeople; it is a must for all people.

اولین بار خواندن آن جمله ی معروف Zig Ziglar باعث شد که نام او در ذهنم بماند و خواهان این باشم که حداقل یکی از آثار او را بخوانم.
It's your ATTITUDE not your APTITUDE that determines your ALTITUDE.

جدا از خود سخنرانی، لهجه امریکن این کتاب صوتی را دوست داشتم.

I think I read the abridged version because it was pretty short. That and this was my first Zig Ziglar book so the novelty and passion were great. I heard about him from Dave Ramsey.

If you wait for External events to make internal changes you'll be cooked in the squat everytime.

You took 40 years putting on that weight don't expect it to lose it quickly. When you lose it quickly you are probably doing something drastic that you can't keep up (like sprinting). But when you do it slowly it's more likely that you're doing lifestyle changes that will last. This will be one of the core principles in my weight loss exercise program and tirade that I will make.

Parents are reluctant to do for the child what is best for the child because we fear that child then might withhold their love from us, not knowing that over the long haul the best way to guarantee his love is to demonstrate ours by acting in his best interest. Whew that was a long sentence.

The book is a little old but still good.

Listened to this one-hour audio book and thought "it was ok" because the speaker was humorous. Ziglar demonstrated the fairly obvious principle that you need to have specific, achievable goals; you will not "get what you want" if you don't specifically know what you want. Other than that, the guy came off to me as kind of a huckster salesman who was "motivational" but was not saying things that had much substance.

So apparently I'm not a big Zig Ziglar fan. He . . . sounds like a shady televangelist. And it was hard not to cringe at the casual misogyny and the pat answers to sincere struggles about whether Christians should focus on material gain, encouraging people to look no further than "Well, who do you want to have money, the Christians or the non-Christians?" That kind of thinking will take you straight to the 9th district of North Carolina.

This is a quick motivational that you can find on YouTube. It is well worth 1 hour of your time to look this up and watch it. I downloaded the book but checked and it appears there are several that you can just watch online. In such a brief segment Zig Ziglar packs in both truths as well as motivation. Give yourself what you really want by checking this one out

Another audio book on Hoopla - chose it bc it's actually a live talk by Zig Ziglar and I've never listened to him before. It takes a minute to get used to his voice (which eventually sounds like Matthew McConaughey playing a preacher - not altogether unpleasant) but he's a great storyteller. Easy to digest and a good choice if you need some quick motivation.

If I want to be motivated on working 💪 out, I would rather re-read the Memoir about David Goggins. The ultimate theme is that we will get what we want.. if we help enough people get what they want. Listening to the audio- book on Hoopla, give the speech is golden.

Quick book to get through. Here's what it comes down to; you can get what you want as long as you help enough other people get what they want.
