I was given my copy of the bible by my mam in 1991. I stopped going to church and stop following god for 30 years.

In March this year I found this bible in the back of a cupboard that I never go into. I couldn’t even remember keeping it. It had been there for at least 15 years.

For a couple of weeks I had a quiet voice in my head saying read your bible. I started reading it at the end of March and have read it every day since

In April I asked god back into my life. I’ve now found a church. My life has changed so much for the better since I listened to that quiet voice. I was suffering from a deep depression and terrible anxiety. I’m now happy and hopeful for the future

The bible is not for information it is for transformation.
